PROBLEM: Revenue is down with a couple large customers and you are trying to figure out what is going on.
Solution: HBA
First – YTD – YTD Top customers tab.
The customers are displayed by the largest revenue this year. (but can be sorted by clicking the heading)
The largest customer is down 46%...
SO . click on the customer to select that customer and change to the YTD Lanes Tab.

Second - YTD Lanes Tab.
Now you see the just that customers lane activity. And you can see two lanes. (marked in yellow) that are way down from YTD last year.
Note: the CYTD (current YTD) has a triangle indicating is is sorted by that column.
Note: the CY- LY (current year minus last year ) is color coded green up – red down
Several lanes are way down.
A further drill on the load details page can show the individual loads if you need to but you now have the information to go back to the customer and discuss the declining lanes.
