Driver Rating lets you keep track of driver performance, and infractions, allowing you to make better management decisions for your company. When combined with our Driver Compliance, you can use rating to send out regular letters and track driver's performance in conjunction with their logs! By integrating rating, you can easily highlight jobs well done and congratulate drivers with very little effort.
Some of our customers have taken the approach of a bonus based system. At the beginning of each month, a driver is allocated a set number of points. Throughout the month, points are deducted for log violations, claims and other aspects of driver performance. The driver with the most points at the end of the month gets a special reward.
